The rubber grip plates have a large grip area and load and are available in 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 35, and 45 lb weights. The stainless steel hubs are hydraulically pressed into a permanent position to prevent surface damage to plates and bars. The internal casings, made from high-grade ductile steel/cast iron material ensure durability and are fully encased in high-grade rubber. The 10, 25, 35, and 45 lb plates have a tri-spoke design for easy handling. The 2.5 and 5 lb rubber grip plates are solid.
